This role is based in Arden Hills, MN and requires hybrid attendance in the office Tuesday through Thursday.\nThis position is responsible for driving Butter, Cheese, and Refrigerated Desserts Category Management efforts for ADUSA, Publix and HEB:\nEngagement with key internal and external stakeholders and customers\nConnecting with peers and cross functional teams to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.\nLeveraging a broad suite of tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.\nTailoring of national selling materials and presenting to key customers via the Field Sales Team\nProviding project based analytical support to National Category Managers, including reporting, trend analysis, and special project work.\nThe candidate must possess sound business judgment, excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities, and demonstrate experience in the following areas: customer presentations, omni channel analytics, assortment analysis, negotiation, pricing strategy, sales, and building productive relationships.\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or higher from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience\n7 or more years of experience in Category Management, Insights or Sales within the CPG industry\n5 plus years of experience analyzing and interpreting data and story telling\nProficiency with syndicated data sources including POS, loyalty card, and ad tracking (IRI Unify, Nielsen, Numerator, etc)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel and PowerPoint\nPreferred qualifications:\nCategory management experience in the Food and Beverage CPG space\nExperience working in commodity categories\nCategory Management Certification\nExperience with ADUSA, Publix, or HEB\nSalary range: $93,360 - $140,040 (in most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges)\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
