We believe there’s power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people’s lives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others\n\nShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly\n\nMonitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly\n\nEnsures all standard operating procedures are followed\n\nAble to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment\n\nRequired Experience and Skills:\nMust be 18 years or older\n\n6+ months of industrial or building facility maintenance experience\n\nBasic computer and math skills\n\nAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals\n\nWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot\n\nStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful\n\nCurrent valid driver’s license\n\nPreferred Experience:\n1 to 3+ years’ experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.\n\nLOTO experience\n\nForklift experience\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift/carry up to 50 pounds\n\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\n\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\n\nWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present\n\nRequired to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime\n\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
