You will operate within an assigned regional area. This driving role is local, and you will be home nightly.\nThis role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFollows all driving and safety policies\nComplies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers\nComplies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others\nShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly\nEnsures all standard operating procedures are followed\nSuccessful forklift certification required\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Experience and Skills:\nMust be 21 years or older\nPossesses valid driver’s license including:Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)\nHAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)\nAdditional endorsements may also be required\n\n1+ years of commercial driving experience\nBasic computer and math skills\nAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions\nWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot\nStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful\nPreferred Experience:\n2+ years of commercial driving experience\nForklift experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift 60lbs\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\nWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust and chemicals are present\nShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime\nNothing in this job description restricts the management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.\nJob offers are contingent upon a successful drug screen and background review.\nEOE M/F/Vets/Disabled.
