You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.\nThis role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others\nShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly\nMonitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly\nEnsures all standard operating procedures are followed\nAble to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment\nOther duties as assigned Required Experience and Skills:\nMust be 18 years or older\n1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience\nBasic computer and math skills\nAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals\nWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot\nStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful Preferred Experience:\n1 to 3+ years’ experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.\nLOTO experience\nForklift experience Physical Requirements:\nAble to lift/carry up to 50 pounds\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\nWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
