You’ll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. See something, say something, do something.\nReliable and consistent attendance and work performance\nPerform regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery issues to ensure machinery uptime\nPerform in-field modifications to machinery and facility infrastructure\nKeep accurate records of maintenance work, parts, calibrations, and testing\nEffectively communicate across all departments and shifts\nPrioritize work requirements and demands to ensure plant success Required Experience and Skills: • Must be 18 years or older\nHigh school degree or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience • Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions\nBasic computer, math, and critical thinking skills\nKnowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment\nMust be a team player and willing to collaborate with plant personnel\nAbility and willingness to learn and grow within the role Preferred Experience: • 3+ years’ experience working in an industrial maintenance setting\nAbility to read, follow, and modify electrical prints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.\nPrior experience in mechanical and electrical equipment competencies including 480V 3-phase, HVAC, boilers, motor control systems, PLC/automation, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, basic fabrication, and CMMS systems\nFamiliarity of industrial instrumentation/process control\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift/carry up to 50 pounds\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\nWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
