This position is also responsible for managing production personnel and executing production for multiple departments. If you enjoy leading people in a team-oriented manufacturing work environment, then the Manufacturing Supervisor in our Dairy plant would be a good fit for you. Your focus would be coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs. SAFETY is our core value. You will work with other team members to resolve production issues and employee relations concerns.\nShift Hour s: 3rd; 9P-530A\nLocation: Hillsboro, WI\nPay: $70,800 - $79,500\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and awareness within their area. Sets a leading example by supporting and adhering to all plant safety policies and procedures at all times.\nResponsible to ensure all tasks are performed using proper SOPs/GMPs, safety procedures and other regulations. \nEnsures Pre-Operation Inspections are performed before starting the Shift/work orders.\nEnsure inventory is accurate and properly maintained \nMaintain accurate records of information such as daily receipts, inspection results, etc.\nMust be able to direct others in keeping with production schedules and goals.\nMonitor and update ADP time keeping as needed as well as approving time after each shift.\nDaily paperwork review.\nCoach, train, direct and discipline employees.\nPartner with multiple departments to execute department orders and goals are met.\nRequired Education/Experience:\nHigh School diploma with 2+ years of leadership experience.\nManufacturing experience\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nUnderstanding of Manufacturing processes and production flow\nStrong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and ability to adapt and utilize other programs\nStrong time management and multitasking skills\nStrong understanding in Food safety and Manufacturing processes\nExcellent Team work skills-ability to build positive relationships that promote teamwork and a positive working environment.\nAbility to direct, influence and coach staff.\nAbility to work with management to reach and maintain production schedules and goals.\nCommunicator, decision maker, quality orientation, technical/professional knowledge, customer focus, time management and oriented toward process improvement\nAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.\nJoin us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
