Minimum 16 hours per week and maximum 29 hours per week.\nEmployment Dates: Starting immediately\nDays of the week, shift/hours: 11:00PM - 5:00AM (3rd Shift) Monday - Thursday\nPay: $26.50\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThe Seasonal Flex Warehouse Operator is the front-line employee who performs the duties involved in shipping and handling the finished goods we manufacture. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the finished product to handling material that is to be reprocessed back into the manufacturing process. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.\nJOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nCollection and processing of RPM materials\nWarehouse Housekeeping Duties (listed below)\nSweeps floors, cleans floors, scrapes\nRemoves webbing, trash, debris, build up on equipment, walls etc.\nMust be detail oriented\nMust be able to work with limited supervision\nMust be able to work with team members in a fast-paced environment\nMiscellaneous assignments as required by leadership\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\nBasic computer skills\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nAge: 18 years or older\nComprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math.\nCritical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nSafety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one’s co-workers at all times without exception\nTime Management: Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision\nCoordination: Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changes\nActive Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.\nActive Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.\n\nPhysical Requirements for production positions regularly include:\nAble to lift 50lbs\nFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements\nPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipment\nWorking across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust and chemicals are present\nShift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime\n\nLand O’Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.\nNothing in this job description restricts the management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.\nApplicants must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.\nEOE M/F/Vets/Disabled.
