We’rebuilding a company we love, and we hope you’lllove it too. \nFor more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us \nThe role \nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and support analytical requirements \nCollaborate closely with teams across the business to understand their objectives, define metrics, and identify opportunities for data driven decision making. \nSupport product discovery and feature releases \nWork alongside Tech and Product teams to shape new features through data and help evaluate their impact post-launch. \nDevelop and maintain BI logic in dbt \nWrite and maintain dbt models that power our BI layer, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions. \nSupport the development and maintenance of our Looker environment \nStructure Looker dashboards and explores for ease of use, maintain data governance, and help improve the overall self-serve experience. \nContribute to stakeholder enablement and adoption of BI tools \nEducate and support users across the business in self-serving their reporting needs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices. \nInterpersonal skills & Experience \nSome relevant working experience, whether through work, placement or self-led learning, with the ability to evidence the skills needed for the role. \nStrong analytical and problem solving skills \nClear communication skills with a good ability to translate insights and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels \nCurious, proactive and keen to develop. \nStrong attention to detail. \nTechnical skills \nRequired: \nGood SQL skills (to be used mainly via DBT and Snowflake dialect) \nDesirable: \nExposure to Looker or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) is desirable \nExposure to Snowflake or similar data warehouses (BigQuery, duckdb, etc) is desirable \nExposure to orchestration tools like Orchestra is desirable (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, etc) \nLocation & Logistics \nPosition is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to the Data Manager. \nThe Application Process \nIf youare successful and shortlisted for the role, therewill be ascreeningcall, a tech test,and a 2-stageinterviewwith theteam. \n*Techtest: At Landbay, we use AI and are continuing to invest in tools that help our teams work smarter and more effectively.
