Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences- Strong hands-on, organized mindset - comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple requests under deadlines in a dynamic, fast-changing environment\n- Fluent in English and Spanish, with eligibility to work in Spain\n- 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role, with strong experience guiding enterprise customers through complex software decisions\n- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: enough to understand, adapt, and build lightweight front-end components or customize embedded experiences\n- Experience with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation\n- Strong technical grounding in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations - hands-on experience making HTTP requests, reading API documentation, and connecting third-party services, automations, and data flows\n- Curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership\n- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders\n- Extremely proactive and self-driven: you don't wait to be told what to do\n- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n- AI fluency -
