Retention\nDrive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our customers and the spaces that bring them joy and peace\nProvide excellent service and communication with a focus on problem-solving\nPromote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare's culture \nProvide organizational management, leadership and communication between the client and production team\nMaintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process in conjunction with the Production Manager to identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities\nCreate client proposals, contracts, and recommendations and estimates that are designed to meet each client's objectives \nCoordinate between client expectations and production reality to ensure every project reflects our commitment to quality\nPromote sustainable solutions that create landscapes supporting the health of the planet while meeting client needs\nNew Business Development\nIdentify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing customers\nActively prospect for potential clients and pursue new business relationships through authentic relationship building\nParticipate in, organize, and lead networking events to foster relationships with potential and existing customers as both a leader in the industry and a representative of LandCare\nEngage with property owners who understand the transformative power of thoughtfully designed outdoor environments that benefit both people and the planet\nProfessional
