You will develop, produce, design, and edit a variety of multimedia visual content aligned with the brand voice for video, digital, print, and other related uses.\nWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?\nFollow art and content direction from Director of Marketing and Communications to execute visual components of the brand’s content strategy and tell the story through photography, design, or video\nShoot, design, produce, cut and edit using design tools to produce professional visual content\nAttend events to capture photo and video imagery to be used in social media, as well as take professional headshots of attending team members\nEnsure that all visual messaging developed for the company are accurate, timely, persuasive, on-brand, and meet the organization’s objectives\nApply photography and videography skills to build visual content for internal and external use across marketing, corporate initiatives, training, recruitment, benefits, and any other communications-related areas\nPromote consistent messaging by staying true to the brand voice across all forms of mediums\nCollaborate with colleagues to service visual content needs and objectives. Work closely with Marketing & Communications Specialist and Graphics Designer to produce cohesive and compelling materials\nCoordinate and collaborate to drive visual content initiatives with cross-functional teams. Facilitate and lead meetings/discussions to collect ideas, information, stories, and material necessary to develop strategy and tactics necessary for execution of goals\nProvide guidance and offer content opportunities across teams and individuals as help is needed\nEnsure attention to detail i.e. checking that all team members in photography are in correct PPE, removing debris from frame, etc.\nComfortable working with team members to capture lifestyle photos and interview video that represents LandCare’s culture, core values, and tells a compelling story \nRemain current with design trends, tools, best practices, and resources\nBuild on our library of visual assets throughout the year for internal and external use, as well as building a library of portfolio properties to be used for collateral marketing and/or awards submissions\nMaintain the visual asset library with consistent file naming, tagging, and folder organization to ensure content is easily searchable and accessible across teams\nOperate drone equipment to capture aerial photo and video content \nMaintain and coordinate care of assigned photography, videography, drone, and audio equipment - including routine upkeep and arranging repairs or servicing as needed - to ensure readiness for shoots\nAssist with special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required. Relevant coursework, certifications, or equivalent experience will also be considered.\n5+ years of professional photography and videography experience, including shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content.\n2+ years of experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or corporate communications.\nExperience operating drones for aerial photography and videography required.\nProficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.\nProficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.\nStrong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and best practices for visual storytelling.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF software.\nStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nExcellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.\nExperience with Wix and Pixieset is a plus.\nWillingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 30-50% of the time to complete job assignments.\nAbility to lift and carry audiovisual equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.\nAbility to safely operate
