As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of your assigned market - ensuring every member's journey is seamless from move-in through their next stay. You'll oversee property readiness, manage escalations, and work proactively to deliver a world-class experience that exceeds expectations.\nAbout the Team\nOur Field Operations team is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and ensuring every member feels at home. Collaborating with hosts and our Member Support Team, we work behind the scenes and on the frontlines to provide seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for our members and guests.\nThis position reports to a Hub Head and works closely with our Member Support Manager. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (local time of assigned market).\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival.\nLead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.\nMaintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations.\nManage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner.\nMonitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores.\nWhat You'll Need\nEnglish proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)\nAbility to work from our Polanco office -
