That's the team you'll join.\n About the Role:\nAs a Billing Analyst, you'll report to our Billing Team Lead and work alongside a team of analysts on billing, collections, and account reconciliation. You'll make sure every guest is charged the right amount, every credit is approved and documented, and every property gets paid what it's owed.\nYou'll start by learning our core processes, like appeasements (credits we give guests when something goes wrong during a stay) and account credits. As you build expertise, you'll take on reconciliations, audits, and variance analysis. This is a great fit if you love working with numbers, solving problems with logic, and digging into the details until you find the one thing that's off.\nWhat You'll Do:\nReconcile guest accounts to find balances owed or due, so revenue is recorded correctly and properties get paid accurately\nProcess appeasements, refunds, and account credits with the right approvals and documentation\nHelp with billing audits, track down discrepancies, and keep an eye on variances\nWork with other teams to troubleshoot and fix complex billing issues quickly\nAnswer guest billing questions by phone, email, and ticket, and walk them through their statements clearly\nWhat You Bring:\nFluent English (B2 to C1). Your resume and application must be in English, and we can't consider ones submitted in other languages\nExperience in billing or a related field. You don't need to be an accountant, but you're comfortable working with numbers\nStrong attention to detail. You notice when a balance or a date looks off, and you figure out why\nStrong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency\nWorking knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets\nA collaborative attitude and a willingness to pitch in for the team\nWhere and When:\nFull time in our Polanco office in Mexico City.
