You'll find ownership groups and operators across the country, get them on the phone, and show them what Autopilot can do for their buildings. Every unit your pipeline brings in grows Landing's supply, and you get paid on it. Internally, we call this role Development Manager.\nWhat a Week Looks Like:\nAt least 80 touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn, using Landing-approved messaging and cadence\nAt least 10 pitches to owners and operators\nQualifying opportunities and partnering with our Account Executives to get agreements signed\nBuilding your own target lists with HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo\n What You Bring:\nYou're currently in a BDR or SDR seat with one to two years of outbound experience, and cold calling is part of your day\nConfident on the phone and clear in writing\nComfortable living in a CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot, CoStar, or ZoomInfo\nCompetitive, resilient, and motivated by watching your numbers move\nAble to work daily from our Birmingham HQ\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred\n Compensation and Benefits:\n$60,000 base salary\nAbout $105,800 total OTE at target, with uncapped commission on pitches and units booked\nBonuses for every new partner you help sign\nComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, and FSA or HSA\n401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay\nGenerous PTO\n$750 annually in Landing Stays\nRoom to grow.
