Owners see new revenue and higher occupancy in weeks, and we handle everything from furnishings to guest turnover with zero operational lift on their end.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first conversation an owner has with Landing. You'll find ownership groups and operators across the country, get them on the phone, and show them what Autopilot can do for their buildings. Our Account Executives handle the close, so your job is opening the door and getting owners to the table. Owners actually want what we offer, so your calls turn into real conversations. Every unit your pipeline brings in grows Landing's supply, and you get paid on it with no cap.\nWhat a Week Looks Like:\nAt least 80 touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn, using Landing-approved messaging and cadence\nAt least 10 pitches to owners and operators\nQualifying opportunities and partnering with our Account Executives to get agreements signed\nBuilding your own target lists with HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo\n What You Bring:\nYou go after things without being told. You've hit a number, won something, or built something because you wanted it\nYou don't need sales experience.
