As a Corporate Housing Account Manager, you’ll own and manage our larger national accounts and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks. You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients\nHandle and address incoming reservation requests \nWork with Landing’s Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changes\nCompile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients\nFollow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients\nCollaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issues\nAssist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes\nWhat You Need\n3+ years of professional experience\nPrevious customer service experience\nStrong organizational skills\nAbility to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nFearless, self-motivated and hardworking\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency\nTech-savvy - familiarity with Slack\nFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills \nAbility to work daily at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL\nWhat we Offer\nLanding aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
