This is a requirement, not a bonus\nHandle priority scheduling and travel regularly to the US\nWhat you need\n1 to 4 years as an operations analyst, or working closely with a C-level team\nFluent in KPIs and dashboards: you spot what is off and explain why in two sentences\nStrong in spreadsheets and comfortable in a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau or Power BI)\nEveryday use of AI tools in real work\nFluent English and Spanish\nDiscretion with sensitive information, and the confidence to tell an executive he is wrong, with evidence\nFully in-office with regular travel to the US.
