Guests book from thousands of apartments in hundreds of US cities, for a week or a year, all backed by 24/7 local support. Behind every stay is a team making sure each home is ready the moment a guest walks in, with the WiFi running and the door code working. That's where you come in.\nAbout the Role:\nAs an Operations Specialiston our Ancillary Ops team, you'll make sure every Landing home has working internet, utilities, and digital keys, and you'll help our hosts (the gig workers who clean and shop for our homes) solve problems in real time. Your biggest focus is getting WiFi ready before every home launches and fixing WiFi issues fast. This isn't a call center role. When something breaks, you own it until it's fixed, which means following up with providers, vendors, and teammates until it's done.\nYou'll work in English every day alongside teams across the US, from our office in Polanco. No two days look the same, and you'll build real skills in vendor management, property tech, and operations that set you up to grow with us.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSet up, manage, and shut off internet service for our homes, including scheduling installs, working with providers, and making sure WiFi works before a guest moves in\nBe the first point of contact for WiFi problems, troubleshoot routers and modems, and work with internet providers to get service back fast\nSupport hosts over live chat with access, cleaning, shopping, and safety questions\nActivate and fund PEX cards (the company payment cards hosts use on the job), process reimbursements, and keep autopay and large payments accurate\nReschedule or release jobs when plans change, and flag urgent issues to our Field Operations team\nShut off power, water, gas, and internet when a home leaves our portfolio, and coordinate returns of rented equipment\nCreate and manage digital keys and smart lock access through systems like Latch, Key Cafe, and Key Nest\nAudit utility accounts, autopay settings, and property fees to catch mistakes early\nWhat You Bring:\nFluent English (B2 to C1). Your resume and application must be in English, and we can't consider ones submitted in other languages\nAt least one year of juggling multiple projects or operations at the same time\nStrong follow through. You keep track of what you're waiting on and chase it until it's done\nClear, friendly communication in writing and on calls\nStrong organization and attention to detail. You notice when a date or a number looks off\nExperience working with vendors or service providers, like internet or utility companies, is a plus\nFamiliarity with smart locks or key management systems is a plus\nExperience with company cards, reimbursements, or expense tracking is a plus\nComfortable working extra hours during busy periods\nWhere and When:\nFull time in our Polanco office in Mexico City. This role is not remote or hybrid\n5 days on, two days off. Likely in the evenings.\nCompensation and Benefits:\n$18,000 MXN gross per month\nMonthly performance bonus of up to $5,000 MXN\n$1,500 MXN net per month in grocery vouchers\n12 vacation days per year (available after 90 days)\n40 hours of paid time off per year (available after 30 days)\nHealth insurance: major medical (MetLife), minor medical (AXA Keralty), dental, and vision\nOnsite parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars\n$750 USD every year in Landing Stays\nRoom to grow with us!","description_format":"text","description_chars":3489,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Health insurance"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Mexico","iso":"MX","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Online Rental Platforms","Real Estate Rental"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-21T01:38:35Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":57,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.763,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":7,"expected_fill_days":9,"reasons":["conf:5","win:late","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":11736,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/landing-operations-specialist-landing","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/landing-operations-specialist-landing.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-28T11:37:57Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":15377,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-29T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":7808},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=7808"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Flanding-operations-specialist-landing"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Flanding-operations-specialist-landing"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Flanding-operations-specialist-landing"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/landing-operations-specialist-landing\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Flanding-operations-specialist-landing"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2969565}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"hellolanding.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2969565},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
