Trusted by more than 2,000 utilities worldwide, our intelligent solutions connect devices, data, and decisions across the grid, helping customers modernize infrastructure, optimize operations, and deliver energy that is more reliable, resilient, accessible, safe, and sustainable.\nBehind every solution is a team of approximately 3,300 employees across more than 40 countries who are passionate about solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact for our utility customers and the communities they serve.\nJoin Team Green and help shape the future of intelligent energy.\nResponsibilities\nSupport administration, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related enterprise systems.\nAssist with data migration, content organization, and document management initiatives across Microsoft 365 platforms.\nSupport application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for new features, upgrades, and deployments.\nHelp create, maintain, and improve application documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides, and operational procedures.\nAssist with application support requests, troubleshooting, issue tracking, and resolution activities.\nSupport data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance automation, collaboration, governance, and user experience.\nCollaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery.\nEducation & Experience\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of business applications, data management, and software development concepts.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power Platform, is desirable.\nExposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or similar business applications is a plus.\nKnowledge of data analysis, reporting, or database concepts is beneficial.\nExperience through academic projects, internships, or hands-on technical activities is preferred.\nEnglish proficiency sufficient for technical and business communication.\nDesired Skills\nInterest in business applications, digital transformation, and enterprise technologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or low-code development tools is a plus.\nWe value and encourage diversity in our team.
