Trusted by more than 2,000 utilities worldwide, our intelligent solutions connect devices, data, and decisions across the grid, helping customers modernize infrastructure, optimize operations, and deliver energy that is more reliable, resilient, accessible, safe, and sustainable.\nBehind every solution is a team of approximately 3,300 employees across more than 40 countries who are passionate about solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact for our utility customers and the communities they serve.\nJoin Team Green and help shape the future of intelligent energy.\nJob Summary\nLead the warehouse staff in achieving high marks in quality, efficiency, safety and productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nPerform shipping and receiving tasks of outgoing and incoming products, supplies and RMA's \nMaintain an organized warehouse in accordance with the Warehouse Housekeeping Control Procedure \nPerform sorting and initiate recycling of materials \nAssist with Inventory Cycle Counts \nMaintain a safe, clean, organized and efficient work environment, perform necessary refurbishment, testing, configuration, and upgrades for endpoints or equipment as directed, and assist in facility preventative maintenance and maintenance activities \nEnsure all warehouse facilities and activities are managed in compliance with company QEHS standards and report on metrics\nLead efforts to manage to the local quality action plan (LQAP) \nSupport warehouse personnel by prioritizing daily activities to meet project requirements \nCoordinate and validate the setup of outgoing devices, organizing associated activities with RF Techs and subcontractors \nLead the warehouse staff in achieving high performance targets for quality and efficiency and oversee the activities of direct reports and lead efforts on continually improve material handling, flow strategies, and floor layout to increase productivity and reduce cycle times. \nOrganize and track RMA shipments and returns and coordinate incoming and/or outgoing materials/equipment as needed with field resources \nCompany Values\nSupports and adheres to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.\nRepresents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.\nEducation and Experience\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nExperience:\n2 + years of experience in a warehouse/inventory environment \nPrior experience leading a team \nExcellent analytical, technical, communication, and team building skills \nA combination of education and experience may be considered. \nAPICS CLTD \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to drive a forklift \nBasic knowledge of warehouse functions \nAble to use a pallet jack \nAbility to work at a fast pace \nAbility to handle multiple tasks \nPersonal computer knowledge\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite \nKeyboard/typing skills \nKnowledge of ISO and Quality-Environmental-Health & Safety systems \nAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing \nSelf-motivated, ability to work independently with little supervision \nFamiliarity with SAP \nWorking Conditions\nWorking Conditions: Hybrid environment with time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, monitor and warehouse environment including assembling equipment, using forklift to move stock and receipting of goods. Use of other devices such as phone, copier/printer/fax, etc. \nDriving Status: Clean driving record\nPhysical Requirements: Typical hybrid setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English.
