This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, cost, and operational objectives.\nThe position requires strong cross-functional leadership, manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive product introductions from prototypes through production launch independently.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and oversee NPI projects and engineering changes throughout all phases.\nAct as the liaison between engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure successful implementation.\nMonitor and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.\nEnsure compliance with corporate procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.\nSupport the preparation and execution of pilot runs, validations, and process capability studies.\nMaintain accurate documentation of project milestones, changes, and approvals.\nProvide training and technical support to production teams during the introduction of new products or process modifications.\nLead pilot builds, production builds, and manufacturing readiness activities.\nSupport quality planning activities, including PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and root cause investigations.\nCoordinate activities with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product launches and engineering changes.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering change management.\nProject management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to manage risks and resolve issues.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.\nProficiency with ERP systems and project documentation tools.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of quality tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, CAPA, 8D, MSA, and Process Capability Studies.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to independently manage multiple NPI projects with minimal supervision.\nAccountabilities\nEnsure NPI and ECN projects are implemented successfully without disrupting operations.\nGuarantee the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.\nProvide accurate and timely project updates to management and stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to product introduction and engineering change processes.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting product launches from prototype through production ramp-up is required.\nQuality Engineering experience is preferred.\nExperience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers is preferred.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.\nAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).\nWe value and encourage diversity in our team.
