The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Experience with SAP environments is a plus but not required\nResponsibilities/Processes:\nManage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.\nCoordinate activities across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.\nFacilitate project meetings and provide clear communications to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.\nManage project scope and escalate changes to the PMO team while maintaining delivery commitments.\nCollaborate with leadership, business partners, vendors, and technical teams to remove obstacles and drive project success.\nEnsure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.\nPromote continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of project management experience leading business or technology projects.\nStrong project planning, organization, and execution skills.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Project Portfolio Management (PPM)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).\nEnglish proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of experience with Project management (PMI, Agile, Scrum or similar\nKnowledge of assembly processes, operational and process validation\nPMP Certified or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)\nSAP experience desired not required\nWe value and encourage diversity in our team.
