This role is responsible for coordinating and driving successful execution across a wide range of projects and programs within the assigned regions. The Project Delivery Manager drives regional governance, change control, and consistent project and program reporting by working closely with multiple teams to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Management: Supports Project Managers in seeking approval for project change requests and with completing customer-facing and vendor-facing change order documents; Analyzes and reports project portfolio performance against key metrics; Reviews and updates key process documents including forms, work instructions, procedures and playbooks, that guide how projects are executed.\n\nProject Gating: Leads Gate Reviews for all projects to ensure the Project Manager has all required compliance documentation.\n\nProject Governance: Conducts monthly project audits/check-ins to ensure compliance with project management plans. Regularly reviews data quality dashboards and takes action with Project Managers when needed (missing data, overdue items, etc.). Provides feedback to project resources and leadership on conformance to governance requirements.\n\nLarge Project Support: Provides mentoring and serves as a Subject Matter Expert to Project Managers during the project’s initiation phase and development of project management plans, schedules, risk registers, etc.\n\nProcess Improvement: Leads continual improvement projects that simplify how projects are executed, or how the PMO works with other organizations in the company.\nProposal Support: Supports proposal team as needed with content including schedules, statements of work, services descriptions; Participates in internal and customer meetings to develop proposal and contractual requirements; Develops resource / staffing models for complex projects.\nAnalyst Oversight: Provides direction and guidance to PMO analyst supporting assigned regions.\nCompany Values:\nSupports and adheres to Company’s core values. \nPerforms other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. \nSupports and adheres to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy. \nRepresents Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both internal and external customers.\nEducation and Experience:\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree\nExperience:\n5+ years of project management experience.\nExperience working across cross-functional teams setting clear expectations ensuring that team members are aligned, and demands are balanced and reasonable.\nPrevious project delivery experience.\nExperience in the utility or similarly regulated industries is a plus.\nExperience in software/system deployment projects. \nExperience working in fast-paced, high-demand, delivery-oriented environments. \nExperience making decisions without perfect information.\nProject Management Professional (CAPM/PMP) certification preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledgeable in Project Management Institute (PMI) principles, including the development of initiation/planning documents for large/complex projects. \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. \nHighly adaptable in changing environments. \nStrong commercial acumen and understanding of customer impacts. \nExcellent communication skills. \nExcellent understanding of project management scheduling SW tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, ServiceNow SPM or similar PPM solution). \nStrong ability to resolve conflicts between members of the project team or as needed throughout the organization. \nExcellent organizational abilities needed as multiple projects will be assigned. \nExcellent change management skills.\nAbility to work within a diverse team. \nUses leadership skills to resolve a wide range of issues in creative and practical ways to satisfy internal and external customer needs. \nAbility to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned projects forward. \nAbility to accept change and respond to setbacks with minimal disruptions. \nStrong negotiating skills for working with stakeholders.\nAbility to travel as needed to support project activities.\nWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements/Safety/PPE/OHSAS:\nWorking Conditions: Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Occasional use of other devices such as: phone, copier/printer/fax, etc. \nPhysical Requirements: Typical office setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
