The position provides in-depth technical support by working across departments within L+G and Customer teams. The Network team is responsible for driving a resolution to technical / functional issues. If technical issues cannot be resolved. The position requires strong technical, customer management skills and knowledge of business processes & functions to implement new projects and resolve customer's issues.\nKey Performance Indicators / Dimension of Function:\nManage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, to ensure robust security controls and compliance.\nProvide day-to-day operational support for enterprise networks, ensuring seamless service delivery to internal, hosted, and managed service environments.\nMonitor network performance using advanced tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability.\nTroubleshoot and triage network, security, and connectivity incidents across customer-facing and internal environments.\nCollaborate with telecom providers and vendors for timely escalation and resolution of network related issues.\nEnsure reliable WAN connectivity and overall network stability across distributed environments.\nLeverage knowledge of public cloud platforms (GCP and Azure) to support hybrid and cloud based network operations.\nCore Responsibilities\nStrong technical & analytical skills - ability to do complete methodical root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.\nHighly adaptable in a dynamic work environment.\nAccustomed to working in an environment driven by high standards for service and system delivery.\nExcellent team player - self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.\nAbility to plan and maintain schedules.\nDemonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems and obtaining solutions.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, able to work under time-constrained conditions.\nDemonstrate customer focus with proven ability to resolve customer issues appropriately. Strong customer communication and service skills.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize.\nExtensive experience in Palo Alto / Cisco ASA Firewall, Firepower, F5 LTM.\nExtensive experience in Nexus Switches and dependent technologies like VPC, VDC, VxLAN, AAA.\nStrong knowledge in SD-WAN, ACI, DCNM.\nGood to have Scripting knowledge and TCL language.\nMust have experience on routing protocols like EGP & IGP and hands-on troubleshooting experience.\nKnowledge of working in Visio and knows about SolarWinds.\nUnderstanding of DHCP, DNS, VMware, Datacenter Architecture.\nStrong hands-on with Switching technologies, IPS, GTM.\nKnowledge of IP subnetting and the OSI model.\nUnderstanding of Cisco devices, specifically Cisco routers & switches and Cisco Firepower and ASA firewalls.\nUnderstanding firewall security policies involving objects, rules, NATs, inspection policies, etc.\nExperience with Algosec , Gigamon taps, and F5 load balancers.\nMust be customer-service-minded and tactful when dealing with customers.\nMinimum qualifications\nB.E./B.Tech.
