We also offer the option to work remotely for certain key roles.\n\nFocus on Learning & Growth\nExcellent remuneration and perks are part of the package, but we also budget ample time and resources for training and upskilling.\n\nFun at Work\nYou'll enjoy our well-equipped break-rooms (FIFA and pool are huge favourites), team events, celebrations and a host of other amenities.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide guidance on developing cloud-native web applications.\nLead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise grade microservices\nDeliver assigned projects within budgeted time, cost and agreed quality standards in Agile Scrum environment\nPartner with Product Management, Architects, Operations, other delivery teams and Release Management to ensure effective launch and delivery of projects to satisfy business needs\nLead teams to ensure project delivery success\nApply best-practices and coding patterns that ensure world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular, and of high code-quality\nYou work with designers, business analysts, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.\nHelp define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.\nCreate a culture that insists on meeting expectations and delivering value\nDrive automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement\nGrow and manage the skills and talent in the team\nManage communication cross-functionally and escalate promptly as issues arise\nTake responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery\nExcellent problem-solving skills\n\nYou Must Have:\nBachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years related experience, of which at least 8+ years in development, 4+ years of Engineering Management role and leading scrum teams.\nExperience in micro service architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful Services using languages such as Java, Node, or Go\nExperience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (e.g. Azure, Amazon, Rackspace, GCP etc.)\nExposure to continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests.
