Come be a part of Landmark Digital, where innovation, collaboration, and growth converge to redefine the digital retail landscape.\n\nJOB PURPOSE\nResponsible for the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle at Landmark Digital — procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance and disposal of all IT hardware assets.\nThe role also requires a working knowledge of software asset management (SAM) to support basic license tracking, reconciliation and compliance activities.\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nOwn the hardware asset register: procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance and disposal of desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals.\nConduct periodic physical audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies in the asset register.\nManage warranty records, service contracts and vendor relationships; plan and execute hardware refresh cycles.\nSupport basic SAM activities — software inventory, license reconciliation and compliance reporting — to a working level of proficiency.\nPublish regular hardware asset reports, dashboards and compliance metrics for IT leadership and procurement.\n\nKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; ITAM certification (CHAMP or equivalent) preferred.\n6+ years of hands-on hardware asset management experience; basic exposure to software asset management tools and processes.\nRequired Skills\nHardware asset lifecycle management: procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance, refresh and disposal.\nHands-on with ITAM/ITSM tools (ManageEngine Asset Explorer, ServiceNow or equivalent).\nBasic SAM skills: software inventory tracking, license reconciliation fundamentals and compliance awareness.\nGood to Have Skills\nExposure to CMDB integration, software license management platforms (Flexera, Snow) or SaaS management tools.\nFamiliarity with cloud asset tracking and experience publishing asset dashboards using Excel or BI tools.\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\n100% hardware asset register accuracy, validated through quarterly physical audits with zero unresolved discrepancies.\nAll hardware refresh cycles planned and executed on schedule;
