Combining deep brand expertise with a strong understanding of client businesses and audiences, they develop compelling, integrated design solutions that meet client needs, strengthen brands and support business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet and lead design direction across multiple projects, from concept through production.\nDevelop innovative ideas across digital, print and experiential channels, grounded in audience insight and the client brief.\nPartner with clients, production teams, Client Services and other discipline leads to deliver high-quality work on time and to agreed financial targets.\nAct as creative lead on client projects and pitches when required, and build strong client relationships.\nChampion design excellence by sharing a clear point of view, critiquing work and helping teams elevate their creative output.\nHire, onboard, mentor and inspire talent, fostering a positive, empowering culture where people are supported and challenged.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen the team, improve its capabilities and support future growth.\nCollaborate across teams to maintain design consistency and solve complex strategic and creative challenges.\nWhat you’ll need \nSignificant design experience in a brand-focused creative agency or similar environment.\nA strong strategic and creative point of view, with the ability to turn bold ideas into distinctive, high-quality design.\nExcellent conceptual skills and a track record of developing innovative brand-led work.\nA sophisticated understanding of visual identity and how to bring brand elements-such as messaging, colour, imagery and typography-to life across deliverables.\nConfidence presenting design strategies and telling compelling stories to clients, stakeholders and teams.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the business acumen to manage stakeholders, grow client relationships and identify commercial opportunities.\nFinancial awareness, including the ability to set and work towards financial goals for projects and teams.\nProven ability to lead, motivate and encourage project teams with an optimistic, growth-oriented approach.\nA strong awareness of design and creative trends, as well as the cultural, industry and global shifts influencing how people engage with brands.\nA passion for design, branding and creative excellence.\nProficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro and AI tools, alongside traditional techniques like hand sketching.\nExperience in digital design and motion graphics, including leading the creation of impactful visual content across platforms.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
