For more information, visit WPP.com.\n\nWhat you’ll do \nManage a portfolio of client accounts, building a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges and opportunities.\nAct as a trusted partner to clients, clearly communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and support new business pursuits.\nDevelop clear, compelling project proposals, scopes of work and presentations aligned with client needs.\nCollaborate with teams across Landor to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget and on scope, constructively addressing any work that is off brief or requires refinement.\nLead regular client status calls, manage reporting and communicate findings and recommendations clearly across written, verbal and presentation formats.\nEnsure all client-facing correspondence, materials, proposals and presentations are accurate, relevant, high quality and reflective of Landor’s brand.\nPartner with resource management and Business or Client Directors to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and aligned with scope and budget.\nWork with Client Leaders to resolve pricing, payment and scope-management challenges.\nPartner with Finance to manage reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheets, budgets, forecasts and revenue.\nMaintain accurate archives of key client deliverables, credentials and case studies.\nWhat you’ll need \nExperience in a similar role within a brand consultancy, advertising agency , business consultancy or similar\nComfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to brand manager level\nExcellent project management and relationship building skills, but respectful of and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities\nStrategic thinker - confident when inputting into strategic creative work, through the lens of the client’s brief, enabling them to input and recommend clear next steps and actions\nAppetite for understanding the Landor offer, for new information, new business and new ideas\nFinancially savvy - can articulate and understand financial goals for the business and for team members\nCapable of motivating and encouraging junior team members\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
