You will work both independently and with other developers to implement a range of new features, in close collaboration with our Product team. \nYour everyday work routine\nWork both individually and in collaboration with other engineers on our Ruby on Rails projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and effective project management\nUse AI as a key part of your daily development practice, and take an active role in developing our internal development tools.\nDevelop our customer-facing application, as well as internal management tools, with a clear focus on customer orientation and holistic thinking\nDevelop, test and deploy your code, with the support of your Team Lead, and in close collaboration with our Product, applying strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills. \nWe work iteratively and deploy often.\nYour Profile\nYou have several years of professional experience working in Ruby on Rails in backend or full-stack roles, and have already gained varied project experience, ideally with structured project ownership\nYou have experience and working with Agentic AI across the entire development life-cycle\nYou worked at least for 4 years at a senior level, and have an expert-level knowledge of the entire Rails ecosystem, paired with a solution-oriented mindset\nYou ideally have experience working in a start-up/scale-up, on a customer-facing application, and bring a pronounced user-centric approach\nYou are known for your clear and effective communication style, take ownership of your work, and are able to understand
