IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Bash, PowerShell or Python - the goal is simple: solve it once, never touch it again.

At LANG AG, you’ll manage a well-established, hybrid IT infrastructure with more than 100 servers - and you’ll have the freedom to actively develop it further. You’ll be a point of contact for your colleagues, but your real motivation is solving problems in a way that prevents them from happening again. TEAMWORK is important to you: knowledge that isn’t shared is only half as valuable.

• You have completed IT training or gained comparable practical experience - what matters is what you can do, not what’s written on your certificate.
• Linux is not just a side topic for you, but a preferred working environment.
• You write scripts - whether Bash, PowerShell or Python - not because you have to, but because it’s the cleaner solution.
• You are familiar with Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, GPOs and DNS/DHCP.
• You understand networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing) not just in theory; knowledge of HP/Aruba is a plus.
• You consider IT security from the very beginning - firewall rules, hardening, patch management and access control are part of your daily work, not someone else’s responsibility.
• Automation and process optimization are not buzzwords to you, but part of the way you work.
• Good English skills for working in an international environment.
