This individual will serve a key role in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives across the firm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones in a virtual and hybrid work environment. You will partner with the firm's employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to help drive the firm's growth.\nJob Responsibilities\nEffectively prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, statements of qualifications, requests for quotations and pricing, and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;\nComposes, edits, and creates graphic materials and prepares staff resumes and project experience information for RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing efforts;\nCoordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development and marketing activities;\nMaintains highly organized proposal, project, and marketing information, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and supporting materials are effectively managed and easily accessible;\nProactively gathers information from technical staff, leadership, and internal systems to identify requirements, anticipate needs, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward;\nCollaborates effectively with a geographically dispersed team, building relationships and coordinating efforts across multiple offices in a virtual environment;\nSupports coordination and communication among regional and national marketing team members to promote consistency, knowledge sharing, and successful project delivery;\nAssists in the coordination of trade shows, conferences, client events, and special events;\nDesigns schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure successful execution and adherence to deadlines; and\nPerforms other duties as requested.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required;\nInternship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry;\nExperience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;\nAbility to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills;\nStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and\nAbility to effectively work independently and in a team environment.\nLangan provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employees advance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
