This individual will serve a key function in performing full life-cycle recruitment in support of firm-wide recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners and internal clients to provide recruitment support that drives fulfillment of business objectives.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform full-lifecycle recruitment for professional technical and non-technical roles, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, preparing and presenting offers, and onboarding;\nPartner with management and HR team members to assess and fulfill recruitment needs with top industry talent;\nMaintain up-to-date intelligence of candidate market, industry staffing trends, and top sourcing channels;\nBuild and sustain talent pipeline of Langan’s core skillsets through identification and consistent leveraging of key sourcing channels;\nSupport optimization of social media communication channels to drive recruitment strategy and expand brand reach;\nCompile and update reports of key talent acquisition metrics; and\nPerforms other duties as requested.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree; graduate degree relating to HR, a plus;\n2+ years' full-lifecycle recruiting experience;\n1+ years' experience within professional services preferred;\nDirect knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices;\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems;\nExcellent interpersonal skills and positive demeanor;\nStrong verbal and written communication skills;\nAbility to work well independently and within groups;\nExcellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively;\nStrong attention to detail; and\nDemonstrates sound judgment capability. \nLangan provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employees advance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year.
