Many of the best early-career engineers already build on LangChain and LangGraph. Your job is to hire them first and turn schools, student groups, and campus communities into a lasting pipeline for LangChain.\nWhat you’ll do\nStand up and scale intern and new grad hiring, starting with engineering.\n\nBuild partnerships with universities, career centers, student groups, and hackathons.\n\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, grow into supporting full cycle recruiting for other technical teams\n\nWork with leaders to forecast hiring needs and tie each cohort to company priorities.\n\nSet up the processes, tools, and metrics we’ll use to track and improve the program.\n\nSupport with talent brand and marketing initiatives.\n\nWhat you’ll need\n4+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ in university or early-career recruiting at a high-growth company.\n\nExperience building or scaling an intern or new grad program, with numbers to show for it.\n\nStrong relationships with universities and outside partners.\n\nAbility to work independently, run several hiring cycles at once, and make decisions with data.\n\nClear communication, including explaining LangChain’s mission to early-career engineers.\n\nNice to have\nExperience recruiting engineering, product, or data talent.\n\nTime at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.\n\nExperience running campus events, hackathons, or technical programs.\n\nWhat we offer\nA blank page. You’re our first hire in this role. You decide how we find, hire, and grow early-career talent.\n\nA product students already use. Many of the engineers you’ll recruit already build with LangChain and LangGraph, so you start with real credibility on campus.\n\nRoom to grow. We’re about 400 people and still growing fast.
