You'll run most of our SaaS stack day to day, from maintenance and configuration changes to access and troubleshooting. You'll also build the automation that keeps that stack running as we grow.\nThis is a role for someone who does a bit of everything: helping an employee that’s locked out, shipping a terraform change, and building an automation that removes a manual task. The ideal candidate has startup experience, is comfortable with ambiguity, and heavily leans into automation.\nWhat You'll Do\nSaaS Administration\nOwn the day-to-day administration of our SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes, and license management\n\nAdminister LangSmith, our product, and use APIs to automate admin work\n\nAdminister identity and permissions across core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and Microsoft 365\n\nAutomation and Tooling\nDevelop scripts, integrations, and reusable workflows using low or no code tools\n\nConnect systems through APIs and event-driven workflows to reduce manual work\n\nIdentity Management\nAdminister Okta and user access\n\nManage Okta group rules that help define our RBAC policy\n\nEstablish repeatable standards and automation for employee lifecycle, group management, application provisioning, and access reviews\n\nClient Platform Administration\nAdminister our MDM platform, Iru, to enforce policy configurations, patching, zero-touch deployment, and custom desktop environment configurations\n\nAutomate the hardware lifecycle from procurement, assignment, return, and recycling\n\nCore IT Operations\nProvide hands-on troubleshooting and support to employees in the office and remotely across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS tools\n\nBuild and maintain the harness for our AI ITSM agent, including the tools, playbooks, and knowledge it needs to resolve issues on its own\n\nWrite documentation and playbooks, and use recurring support issues to guide what to automate next\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT engineering, ideally at a fast-growing startup\n\nExperience administering a broad SaaS stack that includes Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT\n\nHands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Okta Workflows\n\nComfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods\n\nExperience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code) as part of your day-to-day workflow\n\nExperience with a macOS MDM platform and endpoint security tooling\n\nSolid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless)\n\nClear communication, with patience for non-technical users\n\nAnnual salary range: $150,000-$170,00 USD\n\nCompensation Philosophy:\nWe offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
