We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help Langdock grow through better commercial insights and stronger processes. You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to understand what drives revenue, improve reporting and planning, and make handovers, renewals, and billing work better. Working with Data and GTM Engineering, you’ll turn operational bottlenecks into practical improvements and own them from the first idea through to adoption.\nWhat you will do\nOwn and improve commercial processes. Define clear responsibilities, CRM standards, and handovers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships-from the first lead through renewals and expansion.\n\nTurn commercial data into useful insights. Use our shared data foundation to understand pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. Build practical reports and dashboards that help teams decide what to do next.\n\nKeep revenue and billing consistent. Work with Finance and Data to clarify definitions, investigate discrepancies, and improve the processes behind accurate revenue tracking and billing.\n\nSupport commercial planning. Bring the analysis and operational context behind forecasts, targets, account prioritization, and commission structures. Help teams understand their progress and where they need to act.\n\nFind and address growth bottlenecks. Work closely with commercial teams to understand where deals stall, handovers break down, or expansion opportunities get missed. Test ideas and turn findings into concrete improvements.\n\nMake everyday work more efficient. Identify opportunities to use Langdock agents, CRM integrations, and automation to reduce repetitive work. Partner with Data and GTM Engineering to turn requirements into working solutions and make sure teams adopt them.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial analytics at a B2B SaaS company.\n\nA strong understanding of sales funnels, recurring revenue, billing, renewals, expansion, and forecasting.\n\nConfidence working with SQL, BI tools, and CRM systems such as HubSpot to investigate questions and validate numbers.\n\nExperience designing processes across teams, clarifying responsibilities, and getting people to adopt changes.\n\nThe ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a clear analysis, process improvement, or technical requirement.\n\nOur Values\nCalm urgency.
