This position entails evaluating, recommending, designing, and implementing cloud architecture solutions.\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:\nDesigns, deploys, scales, and maintains solutions within Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure to achieve organizational goals and projects.\nCollaborates with other department technology team members to architect solutions.\nServes as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Microsoft Azure cloud architecture.\nEnsures compliance with relevant industry and security standards.\nConducts research and implements new technologies.\nDevelops and maintains operational documentation and procedures.\nOversees the development and implementation of the technology direction, vision, and strategy to facilitate Cloud technology adoption.\nDevelops, enhances, and maintains automation of cloud enablement tools.\nCoordinates with internal associates and external vendors to plan and execute projects.\nPerforms vulnerability management tasks for resources in all cloud environments in collaboration with the Information Security Team.\nTroubleshoots connectivity, application performance, and monitoring tool issues in complex distributed environments pertaining to all cloud solutions.\nActs as an escalation point for staff between on-premises and cloud services.\nDevelops a strategy for cloud monitoring and availability through tools and on-call rotation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent training and experience required.\nFive years of relevant experience or a master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum two years of experience required in:Cloud and Hybrid Architectures\nMicrosoft Azure Services: architecting and delivering solutions using various Azure platform services\nAzure Networking: vNet planning, vWAN, vHub, ExpressRoute, VPN, network security groups, load balancing\nAzure infrastructure: virtual machines, web apps, AVDs, storage, monitoring, automation, software-defined infrastructure, CI/CD\nManaging Azure Active Directory\nCreating detailed implementation/as-installed documentation\n\nProven experience in migrating on-premises solutions to the cloud.\nExpertise in Microsoft on-premises and cloud solutions.\nSolid understanding of networking principles.\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certification preferred.\nOur Keys to Success:\nAll Langley employees are expected to demonstrate the following Keys to Success, which reflect our shared cultural and behavioral expectations.\nService Champion - Adopts a service orientation, building trusting relationships and delivering value for associates, members, and communities.\nLangley Ambassadors - Demonstrates a passion for Langley’s vision, encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion while considering Langley’s values when making decisions and taking accountability for delivering results.\nAgile in Action - Adapts to changes in the business, demonstrating innovation to improve Langley and advance the business into the future.\nTeam Driven - Collaborates across Langley, communicating with transparency and prioritizing a team-based approach that delivers optimal outcomes for associates, members, and communities.\nContinuous Learners - Maintains an understanding of Langley’s business and how value is delivered to members and actively pursues opportunities to grow oneself and strengthen the organization.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of this position.
