Longer term, the goal is to mature Lansweeper’s data-driven, account-based demand generation strategy in the cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence space.\nChallenge\nThe main challenges you’ll face are:\nScaling predictable, high-quality B2B SaaS pipeline generation in a competitive cybersecurity market\n\nStrengthening Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution across priority verticals\n\nDriving measurable ROI and clear pipeline attribution across multiple channels\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end Demand Generation strategy, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, events, and direct mail\n\nBuild and execute integrated, multi-touch B2B demand generation campaigns that generate net-new pipeline and accelerate active opportunities\n\nLead and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs using platforms such as Nrich; align closely with Sales on target account strategy\n\nSet and deliver against quarterly pipeline sourced and pipeline influenced targets in partnership with Sales leadership\n\nTrack, analyze, and optimize performance using Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, and ABM analytics, driving continuous A/B testing and ROI improvement\n\nKey Requirements\nHard Skills\n7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation within SaaS (cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software preferred)\n\nProven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact\n\nStrong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution (experience with Nrich, 6sense, or Demandbase preferred)\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (marketing automation)\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, interpreting attribution models, and forecasting pipeline\n\nSoft Skills\nStrategic thinker with a builder’s mindset\n\nStrong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence Sales and RevOps\n\nHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously\n\nAI Specific Skills\nLansweeper is an AI-native company.
