With more than 400 professionals and a presence in 16 countries, we are committed to continuous innovation to optimize manufacturing processes worldwide.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer (CAD/CAM Solutions) role will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers using Lantek's CAD/CAM software solutions within manufacturing environments. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, assist customers with the installation and configuration of applications, and help users maximise the value of their CAD/CAM systems by providing technical guidance and explaining complex concepts clearly.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nTechnical Consulting & Support\nProvide consulting, specification, installation, configuration, user assistance, training, and helpdesk support for Lantek CAD/CAM softwares solutions.\nCollaboration & Communication\nProactively collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues, gather product feedback, and maintain productive internal and external customer relationships.\nCustomisation & Development\nResearch, specify, develop, and maintain small product customisations and associated updates.\nDefine and document solution requirements and customisations in alignment with customer needs.\nProject Support\nDeliver support and implementation for small to medium-sized customer projects.\nContribute to the implementation phases of larger customer projects as part of a wider team.\nCustomer Interaction\nCreate detailed specifications based on customer requirements.\nProvide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle\nREQUIREMENTS\nTechnical background, preferably Computer Engineering or IT field.\nExperience in technical projects involving software in an industrial environment.\nKnowledge of CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing workflows would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes within the sheet metal working industry is beneficial.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nA permanent contract with long-term career stability.\nThe opportunityto work on innovative projects withina leading companyin the industry.\nA dynamicand highly skilled team workingin a collaborativeand stimulating environment.\nIf you want to be part of the future of smart industry, this is your opportunity!
