Candidates must be based in the Basque Country or nearby\nLantek is a leading multinational company insoftware solutions for the industrial sector, specialized inIndustry 4.0 a nd digital transformation.\nWith over 400 professionals and presence in 16 countries, we are committed to continuous innovation to optimize manufacturing processes on a global scale.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs part of the Operations team, this role will provide support to our customers, particularlly those situated in regions where we does not have an established physical presence.\nThe Customer Application Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot any software-related problems, help our customers install applications and programs, assist them with computer issues and explain technical details.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nThe main duties are:\nConsult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to: Lantek systems software suite, database server and CAD/CAM integration.\nSupport and implement customer projects in Lantek software.\nDefine solutions in exchange with customers.\nCreate specifications according to the customer's requirements.\nTrain customers and employees in Lantek systems (on-site and online).\nREQUIREMENTS\nTechnical background, preferably Computer Engineering .\nExperience in technical projects involving ERP software.\nKnowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL).\nKnowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes in the Sheet Metal industry would be desirable.\nKnowledge of databases: databases management, SQL Server.\nNative Spanish speaker.\nAdvanced level of English.
