We focus on building digital strategies and driving measurable results for our clients.\nWhat you will do\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and selection.\n\nSupport employee onboarding and joining formalities.\n\nAssist with HR documentation, HRMS, and employee records.\n\nSupport Learning & Development initiatives and training coordination.\n\nAssist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.\n\nGain exposure to HRBP activities, employee lifecycle, performance management, and employee relations.\n\nSupport day-to-day HR operations and other people-related activities.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nPursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProactive, organized, and willing to learn.\n\nFreshers are welcome to apply.\n\nYour benefits\nWe provide paid sick leave and parental leave to support your personal needs.
