Learn more about us at lanterncare.com. \nJOB OVERVIEW\nWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to lead our Provider Operations areas to help strengthen the experience of our provider partners. In this role, you will initially focus on guiding a team of high-performing advocates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service, meet key performance goals, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our provider groups. You will play a critical part in shaping operational excellence, overseeing quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the professional growth of your team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment and are passionate about empowering teams to succeed, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\nLocation:\nOn-site, Dallas\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage the team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nConduct regular quality audits to ensure providers receive accurate, high-quality support and service.\nFacilitate weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with each team member to provide guidance, performance feedback, and development support.\nIdentify and establish priority focus areas that align with organizational goals and KPI targets.\nServe as the primary point of escalation and relationship manager for provider groups.\nPrepare and deliver ongoing program performance updates to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress toward KPI achievement.\nOversee and maintain knowledge management tools, resources, and automated solutions that support the team and operational efficiency.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\nAt least 2 years of customer service experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nFamiliarity with data management tools (PowerBI/Power Automate)\nFamiliarity with AI tools (Anthropic/Chat GPT)\nStrong Candidates Will:\nHave at least 2+ year of experience managing a team.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build sustainable relationships.\nIndependent and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable rolling up sleeves and doing the work, as well as delegating and leading teams across various activities and deliverables.\nStrong problem-solving, judgment, and data/analytical skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks and responsibilities.\nMotivated team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nShort & Long Term Disability\nLife Insurance\n401k with company match\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Parental Leave\nCompensation: Base salary range: $65,000-75,000, depending on relevant experience, location, and qualifications.\nAbout You:\nYou use LOGIC in your decision making and understand that progress is critical to making change.
