Together, we transcend the ordinary and achieve extraordinary results.\nWe are seeking a visionary Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of intelligent solutions using the Microsoft Azure AI stack. You will work closely with our enterprise clients to architect and implement cutting-edge AI applications powered by Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents. \nThis role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming business processes through large language models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and scalable AI infrastructure. \nKey Responsibilities: \nArchitect and deliver Generative AI solutions using: \n Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning) \nMicrosoft Foundry for enterprise-grade LLM lifecycle management \nLangChain and LangGraph for agent-based and multi-step reasoning workflows \nRAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases \nAI agents and MCP servers \nCollaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven architectures. \nDesign secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions within Azure cloud environments. \nLead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demos for clients. \nGuide development teams on best practices in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and model deployment. \nStay current with advancements in generative AI, Azure AI services, and open-source frameworks. \nRequired Qualifications: \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. \n5+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with a strong focus on generative AI. \nHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph. \nDeep understanding of LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures. \nProficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native development. \nFamiliarity with Azure services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Storage, and containers in Azure. \nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with Microsoft Foundry or similar enterprise LLM lifecycle platforms. \nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert). \nExperience with MLOps, CI/CD for AI workloads, and responsible AI practices. \nFamiliarity with Semantic Kernel, or other orchestration frameworks. \nWhat We Offer: \nOpportunity to work on high-impact generative AI projects with leading enterprise clients. \nAccess to exclusive Microsoft partner resources and training. \nCollaborative and innovative work culture. \nCompetitive compensation and benefits. \nCareer growth in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. \nLantern is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
