This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses while partnering with leaders across departments to drive business performance and profitability.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with leaders in operations, sales, engineering, marketing, and accounting to analyze financial results, identify trends, develop forecasts, and provide actionable insights that support company growth and operational excellence.\nJob Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nLead the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages, including financial performance analysis, variance reporting, and key performance metrics.\nCoordinate and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with department leaders.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to support business planning, growth initiatives, and strategic decision-making.\nAnalyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.\nPartner with cross-functional leaders to translate business activities into meaningful financial insights and recommendations.\nSupport executive leadership through reporting, financial presentations, and board-level analysis.\nRecommend and implement improvements to FP&A processes, tools, reporting, and forecasting methodologies.\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and decision-support as needed.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.\n5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or business analysis.\nDemonstrated experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.\nExperience partnering effectively with cross-functional business leaders.\nExperience preparing management reporting packages and executive-level presentations.\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nAdvanced Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze large datasets.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.\nAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.\nStrong business partnership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nMBA, CPA, CMA, or related professional certification.\nExperience with ERP systems, including IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.\nExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, distribution, technology, or industrial
