independently manage day-to-day HR operations and take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong HR fundamentals, good decision-making abilities and the confidence to handle employee matters independently while working closely with senior management.\nKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee records and exit formalities.\nHandle attendance, leave management, employee queries and payroll coordination.\nManage employee relations, grievances and engagement initiatives.\nCoordinate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.\nSupport performance management, appraisals and employee development.\nEnsure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI and gratuity.\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and support management in people-related decisions.\nRequirements4+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in IT / Software Services.\nGood knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.\nStrong ownership, accountability and independent decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication,
