The ideal candidate will have a strong process engineering background and use their technical knowledge to be an effective contributor.\nKey Responsibilities & Duties\nProject Execution & Coordination\nSupport Program Manager and Project Directors in execution of capital projects\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders.\nTrack project scope, action items, and deliverables and escalate risks as needed.\nMaintain project risk registers and coordinate with internal team to document project risks\nAssist in maintaining schedules, budgets, and project reporting.\nPermitting Support\nCoordinate with permitting consultants and support preparation of permitting strategies.\nAssist in preparing, reviewing, and compiling permitting information.\nTrack permitting requirements, timelines, and approvals to support overall project execution.\nTechnical Support & Engineering Coordination\nCoordinate across engineering disciplines and external partners including FEED/EPC contractors and vendors.\nProvide general technical support and assist with design reviews.\nMaintain action and comment registers to ensure robust engineering design.\nProject Controls & Documentation\nEstablish and maintain project infrastructure including document control systems.\nSupport cost tracking, reporting, and contractor performance monitoring.\nSupport preparation of development updates and materials for senior management and governance forums.\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, controls, and reporting requirements.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience, with specific permitting coordination experience\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nWork Conditions\nAble to work in a office and/or remote environment within the United Kingdom/Europe.\nProficiency with MS Office and project coordination software tools.\nTravel up to approximately 30% within the United Kingdom and Europe and internationally to support project development, engineering, planning, and permitting activities.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2766,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"master","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Biotechnology","Manufacturing","Brewing & Beer"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T04:37:26Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
