This role will help improve the way our business systems, data, and processes work together - supporting our commitment to efficiency, modernization, and growth.\nRole Overview\nIn this role, you will ensure our core business applications are reliable and easy to use. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you’ll work to improve system workflows, enhance our data reporting, and help lead the transition toward a more modern application landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the day-to-day health and user support for all internal business applications.\nAct as the technical expert for complex issues, leveraging logs and database queries to resolve problems quickly.\nIdentify and fix the root cause of recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.\nWork with the IT Infrastructure team to keep our main systems efficient and reliable.\nEnsure support processes are consistent, documented, and easy to replicate.\nSupport business reporting needs using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.\nManage the data lifecycle, including cleaning up and moving old data during system upgrades.\nHandle data validation, corrections, and regular integrity checks to keep information accurate.\nMaintain clear standards for how data is handled and governed across the company.\nAct as the bridge between business units and tech teams to ensure software meets actual work goals.\nWork closely with Finance, Operations, and Field teams to understand and improve their workflows.\nTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers.\nAssist with software testing (UAT), user training, and creating simple how-to guides and SOPs.\nLead efforts to automate manual tasks and improve overall system efficiency.\nQualifications & Skills\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3 - 6 years of experience in application support or IT support roles.\n2 - 4 years of proven experience supporting ERP or operational systems.\nExcellent problem-solving, trouble shooting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.\nProficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of business process improvement and system optimization.\nExperience in documenting business and technical requirements, user guides, and training materials.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users.\nFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.\nBasic understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP) to troubleshoot data flow between integrated systems.\nSelf-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.\nActively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop knowledge.\nInterested candidates are invited to submit their application, including a resume and cover letter.
