入社後半年程は製品やプログラムの基礎をじっくりレクチャーします。合わせて実務にも挑戦頂き、応用力を付けていただきながら1年程かけて徐々に業務に慣れて頂く想定です。\nその他社内で定期的(週１～2回)に勉強会やプログラミング講習も実施しており、 未経験や文系出身の方でも安心して成長できるサポート体制が構築されています。\n◆配属先◆\n研究開発一課（組み込みソフトウェア開発チーム）\n太陽光発電計測・監視・制御システム「Solar Link Viewer」「Solar Link ZERO」の開発を担当。(C++・ShellScriptなどを用いて小型端末に組み込む計測・制御ソフトを開発)\n◆仕事のやりがい◆\nシステム開発の仕事は、言われたものをそのままつくるのではなく、
