Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate VO Producer to join the team on a 12 month contract and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.\nResponsibilities\nOperating an in-house scheduling system to coordinate VO and Mocap bookings with a large cast and crew across multiple internal recording studios.\nPenciling and confirming sessions, preparing scripts, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising contracts with the legal department.\nBuild and develop positive external relationships with talent agencies and freelance suppliers.\nCollaborate with the casting team, prepare audition materials, collate feedback, maintain casting database, offer contracting and actor onboarding. \nReviewing scripts and coordinating session prep materials for directors and studio crew. \nLearn the technical VO pipeline to understand the flow of recording assets and assist in troubleshooting any post-session issues. \nRequirements\nProduction experience in a VO, mocap, film / TV or post-production environment.\nExperience with scheduling and project management software and the ability to quickly identify capacity problems and propose scheduling solutions.\nThe role will have a lot of external communication so excellent written and spoken skills are required. \nConfident working in spreadsheets and enthusiasm to learn new software and production tools \nStrong organizational skills and able to handle documentation as needed.\nThis is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity\nNice to haves\nVideo / audio editing (e.g for preparing casting clips or video reference materials)\nExperience in casting and actor contracting\nExperience in
