Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor the health, performance and availability of infrastructure and services, and respond to alerts and incidents\nInvestigate recurring issues, identify their root causes and implement improvements to service reliability\nSupport development teams with infrastructure issues, including version control, build and deployment workflows.\nMaintain Linux and Windows servers, virtualised infrastructure and related services\nPerform planned maintenance, including patching, updates and backup checks, while minimising disruption\nCreate scripts and automation to improve routine operations and reduce manual work\nSupport the network, security and other infrastructure teams with troubleshooting and changes\nMaintain accurate documentation for configurations, changes and operating procedures\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers when specialist support is required\nMaintain local studio infrastructure, including server rooms, and coordinate site changes with the global IT team and studio management\nParticipate in incident response and planned work outside normal hours when required\nAssist with user support, onboarding, offboarding and asset management where local support is needed\nRequirements\nWorking knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, including both servers and endpoints\nAdvanced knowledge of PC and laptop support, combined with a strong awareness of current hardware trends and innovations. \nFamiliarity with endpoint management, productivity platforms and collaboration tools.\nExperience with CI/CD toolsFamiliarity with private cloud and virtualized infrastructure\n\nExperience with Google Workplace, Office365, Atlassian Suite\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LANs, WANs, VPNs and VLANs\nAbility to work flexible hours
