organised and keep track of what is happening across our projects.\nSupport the team in keeping Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses.\nTrack action items and follow up with their owners.\nOrganise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions.\nHelp with communication between our team and other departments.\nHelp organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities.\nMaintain project documentation and shared materials.\nRequirements\nStrong organisation skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once. \nSome experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role.\nAdvanced experience with Jira.\nClear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken.\nGood attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion..\nA proactive and helpful approach.\nComfortable working with different teams and personalities.\nComfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc) or other relevant software\nNice to haves\nExperience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.\nExperience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.\nSome knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices.\nWhat we offer\nAn
